We aim to provide our guests with a “home away from home” experience. We assist guests with planning outings and activities.
Upon request, we can organize activities or recommend and make reservations at good restaurants.

You can book as many rooms as are available for the selected period.
There is 1 apartment available for 3-6 people and 6 rooms, each of which varies in size but is very comfortable and artistically decorated.
Once a sufficient number of rooms are booked, the remaining available rooms will be closed to ensure personalized attention for the group. This allows us to provide tailored service and cater to the specific needs of the group.
The payment for your stay will be made upon your departure through online bank transfer or by invoice that you will receive.

The room is a comfortable, artistically decorated room. It features a spacious shower and wardrobe. Each room has at least one comfortable armchair for a relaxing moment. The beds are double beds with two separate comfortable Vispring mattresses.
There is a built-in romantic gas fireplace in the rooms. Air conditioning and a fan are available for cooling, although the building is well-insulated and they are rarely needed even during the hottest months.
For guests who can’t resist working, a desk for a PC can be provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast for two people is always included in the room rate. Chilled water, both still and sparkling, is freely available from the water dispenser.
The facilities on the property are free to use. The room is cleaned daily, whenever possible before 12 PM. Fresh towels will be provided if needed.
The property is spacious with many separate seating or resting areas, both in the sun and shade.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on the terrace or in the restaurant with enough space between the tables. The traditional concept of a B&B with guests dining together at one long table, although possible upon request, is not the standard approach.
If desired, tables can always be set up on available surfaces.

Since we are located in a peaceful and secluded area, serving as a central base for various cities and cultural activities, we have two dogs of our own.
Although we have an alarm system in place, our best security and companions are Radja, a Hungarian Vizsla, and Tina, a Chihuahua.
They are very sociable and present in the premises.
If there are guests who do not like dogs or have allergies, we must be honest that we cannot make them disappear, but we will take their preferences into consideration and limit their contact as much as possible.
Well-behaved pets are welcome as long as they are socialized and do not disturb other guests.
Children are welcome at our establishment. Since we do not work with an anonymous booking site, we have the flexibility to accommodate guests who prefer a quieter experience without playing children at specific times, as well as guests who are traveling with children. We strive to create a balanced and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
The domain is surrounded by olive groves, and we kindly ask visitors to respect nature by not throwing non-biodegradable items onto the fields and especially not cigarette butts. The domain is protected against fire, but if a fire were to start in the olive grove, it would be a disaster for the olive farmer, potentially resulting in the loss of centuries-old olive trees and the work of generations.
Considering the high energy costs, we kindly request guests to use the air conditioning responsibly and avoid leaving it on unnecessarily. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us conserve energy and protect the environment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building due to fire hazards and to ensure the comfort of other guests. We kindly request that smoking is also not allowed on the terrace where meals are served. However, there are numerous designated smoking areas available throughout the property, equipped with ashtrays for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no-smoking policy in the designated areas.
The Luxuary B&B Boutique is not responsible for any damage to guests’ property, personal injury, or illness during their stay. Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules, including the no-smoking policy, and to behave respectfully towards other guests. The B&B reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises without any refund in case of serious violation of the house rules.
During meal times, dining on the terrace and in the restaurant, we kindly ask guests not to wear swimwear at the table. Of course, this requirement does not apply to the sun terrace around the pool, where swimwear is mandatory.
