Reservations are only possible after personal contact through the above channels. You will receive a reservation confirmation by email.

The booking is only confirmed upon depositing a certain amount to the following bank account: IBAN ES11 21030220 0600 3000 7683. BIC UCJAES2M. Please include your name and reservation dates in the payment reference. The amount will be approximately half of the total cost of your stay. The reservation is only confirmed after payment of this deposit. During the reservation, guests are required to provide the names of all guests and any specific details, such as allergies or dietary requirements.

Payments:

The payment for your stay will be settled upon your departure through an online transfer, cash, or an invoice provided to you. Credit card payments are not possible. You can also choose to prepay if you prefer. This can be done through a bank transfer. We can provide a fairly accurate estimate of your costs. If there is any surplus, it will be promptly refunded to you.

Cancellations & Changes:

Each room can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months prior to your stay. After that, the deposit will not be refunded. No fees will be charged for changes made.

Arrival & departure:

We are extremely flexible regarding the arrival and departure times, taking into account the availability of the room. We kindly request your flight details to ensure a pleasant reception upon your arrival. We would be delighted to offer you a drink and a tour of our property, as well as provide information about our services. Please note that a fee may be charged for late check-out. It is advisable to discuss this in advance.

Responsibility and Liability:

The Luxury B&B Boutique is not responsible for any damage to guests’ property and/or personal injury or illness during their stay. Guests are expected to comply with the house rules, including a no-smoking policy and respectful behavior towards other guests. The B&B reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises without refund in case of serious violation of the house rules.

Privacy Policy:

Personal data of guests will only be used for the purposes of reservation and cancellations at the B&B and will not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the guest.
